DeKalb, Ill. – IUPUI women's tennis will look to break a four-match losing streak as the Jags head to Northern Illinois with a match against the Huskies on Saturday (Mar. 9) at 9 a.m.
The Jags (2-8) sit below .500 in each singles position except the No. 2 spot where the Jags are 5-5 as a team and
Christina Stankovic is 3-3. IUPUI's best doubles position is No. 3 with the Jags being 5-5 but the best pairing for IUPUI is
Krystal Grubb and
Gabrielle Ochalik who are 3-1 as a duo playing in the No. 1 spot.
Northern Illinois comes in to the match with a 2-7 record and will play UIC on Friday (Mar. 8) before taking on the Jags. The Huskies have lost five-straight matches.
This will be the first meeting between IUPUI and Northern Illinois since February 15, 2013 when the Huskies came away with a 6-1 win.
