INDIANAPOLIS – IUPUI women's tennis hits the road to continue Horizon League play this weekend at Northern Kentucky and Wright State.
The Jags will first head to take on the Norse on Friday (Mar. 29) beginning at 2 p.m. IUPUI will finish up the road trip at Wright State on Saturday (Mar. 30) with the match starting at 4:30 p.m.
IUPUI is coming off of its first Horizon League win when the Jags beat Detroit Mercy 4-3. After losing the doubles point in the third match, IUPUI found itself in a battle in singles play. With

Krystal Grubb all picking up wins it came down to the No. 6 match with the teams tied at three.
Meghan Bernard came up big after being pushed to a third set to win 6-0, 4-6, 6-3 and give the Jags the win.
SCOUTING REPORT
Northern Kentucky
The Norse come in to the match with a 4-6 record and are 0-1 in conference play after dropping its opener to Wright State 5-2. Coupled with a loss to Xavier, Northern Kentucky has lost two-straight games. The top of NKU's lineup is its strength this season. Margita Sunjic is 7-3 at No. 1 and Maria Koo is 6-4 having won three-straight.
In doubles play, Northern Kentucky's best mark is 4-4 in both the No. 1 and No. 3 matches.
Last season, IUPUI dropped its match against the Norse 2-5 in Indianapolis.
Wright State
Wright State is 9-10 on the year and 1-0 in the Horizon after beating Northern Kentucky. Before a win against the Norse, Wright State lost matches at Ball State and Miami (OH). Last season, IUPUI was beaten by the Raiders 7-0.
