INDIANAPOLIS – The IUPUI women’s tennis team hits the road on Friday, Jan. 27, for a pair of matches against Eastern Kentucky and Morehead State in Richmond, Ky., before returning to Indianapolis on Sunday, Jan. 29, to host Illinois State for its 2012 home opener.

On Friday, the Jags will begin their day at 10 a.m. ET against Morehead State and follow that with a 3 p.m. ET meeting against Eastern Kentucky.

Two days later on Sunday, IUPUI welcomes Illinois State to Five Seasons Sports Club in Carmel for a match that is set to begin at 4 p.m.

The Jaguars opened their 2012 campaign last weekend with a pair of defeats at Ball State, 0-7, and SIU-Edwardsville, 2-5.

Morehead State also began its season with a pair of losses falling to in-state foes Kentucky and Louisville, while Eastern Kentucky will be taking on IUPUI in its first match of the season.

Illinois State fell in its first match of the season last weekend dropping a 7-0 decision to Illinois.
