INDIANAPOLIS - IUPUI head basketball coach Todd Howard will be featured on this week's Mike Ahern: One on One to be aired on WNDY-23 on Thursday (Nov. 10) at 10:30 p.m.. The 30-minute program, hosted by longtime WISH-TV news anchor Mike Ahern, debuted on May 12 of this year and offers a weekly introspective look at local personalities.

Ahern began reporting at WISH-TV in 1967 and retired on Dec. 1, 2004. During his 37-year tenure, he teamed with Debby Knox for 24 years anchoring the 5, 6 and 11 p.m. newscasts.

Since beginning the One on One program, Ahern has interviewed guests including Tony Dungy, Frank Vogel, Anderson Cooper, Slick Leonard, Tamika Catchings and Governor Mitch Daniels.  

Howard, who took over the reins of the IUPUI program earlier this calendar year, makes his regular season head coaching debut on Friday (Nov. 11) when the Jaguars host Anderson in The Jungle.

The program can also be heard as an audio podcast on iTunes and this week's episode will also be rebroadcast on Saturday, Nov. 12 at 7:00 p.m. on WNDY.
