DAYTON, Ohio -- The IUPUI women's tennis team was able to pick up several individual victories, but could not record a team win, as the Jaguars fell to Chicago State, 4-1, on Friday night, before dropping a 5-2 decision to Wright State on Saturday afternoon.
IUPUI (0-13) picked up their lone point against Chicago State via forfeit, as the Cougars traveled with just five players; however, CSU took three singles matches at the Indianapolis Tennis Center to pick up the victory.

Shelby Hullett and
Jesika Bays.
Hullett hung on after dropping the second set, picking up a 6-3, 5-7, 10-7 win over the Raiders' Masha Peresetsky.
Bays improved to 3-9 and 3-4 at No. 6 singles after she rallied for a 1-6, 6-3, 10-6 win over Jaqueline Garrett.
The Jaguars will be off for nearly two weeks before resuming their spring slate in Lebanon, Ill., when IUPUI takes on McKendree College on March 26. The matches will begin at 5:00 p.m. ET.
