Match Results

INDIANAPOLIS -- Both Hunter Bullock and Alisha Cummings picked up singles wins on Friday night, but the IUPUI women's tennis team could not pick up any other points, falling to Wisconsin-Milwaukee, 5-2, at the Indianapolis Tennis Center.

For IUPUI (0-5), Bullock improved to 4-1 on the year - 3-1 at No. 1 singles.  The straight set, 6-2, 6-4, win over Wisconsin-Milwaukee's (2-0) Kelly Drvaric was Bullock's first straight-set win at No. 1 this season.

Cummings picked up her first win of the spring season, using one break over two sets to win in straights, 7-5, 7-6(1), over the Panthers' Kari Kastenholz.

IUPUI dropped the other four matches in straight sets.

The Jaguars put forth their best effort in doubles thus far, but could not pick up a win, as Bullock and Shelby Hullett lost their match in a tie-break, 8-7(4).

IUPUI will be back on action on Saturday, Feb. 13, when they host Bradley.  The matches will begin at 7:00 p.m. ET from the Indianapolis Tennis Center.
