INDIANAPOLIS - Having dropped four of its past five contests, the IUPUI basketball team looks to get healthy when it heads home to the Jungle to host Western Illinois on Saturday night. Tipoff is scheduled for 7:00 p.m. with free audio and subscription video being available via the links above. Pregame coverage will be at approximately 6:50 as Scott McCauley (play-by-play) and Hall of Famer Jared Lux (analyst) will call the action. The game will also be reaired next week on Hometown Sports Indiana (Comcast/Brighthouse channel 81).

IUPUI (10-7, 3-1 Summit) is coming off a heartbreaking 63-62 loss to Ohio inside Conseco Fieldhouse on Wednesday night as OU guard Armon Bassett hit a three from the baseline corner as time expired. The Jags had ample opportunity to seal the win, but missed three free throws and turned the ball over three times in the final minute. Senior Robert Glenn scored a game-high 20 points and sophomore Alex Young had 14. Senior Billy Pettiford continued his solid play of late, contributing nine points, nine assists, seven rebounds, three steals and three blocked shots.

IUPUI has won 20 of the past 21 meetings against WIU, although Head Coach Jim Molinari's squad snapped a 19-game losing streak to the Jags in Indianapolis last season.

This year's WIU squad is led by guard Ceola Clark, who scores 12.8 points per game. Western is the top defensive team in The Summit, allowing a league-low 58.2 points per game, 38.2 percent shooting and 29.9 percent from three.

IUPUI is 5-0 inside the Jungle this season and 5-1 overall in home games. Western is just 1-5 on the road this year with the lone win coming at Central Arkansas on Nov. 21.

On the flip side, IUPUI is among the best offensive teams in the league, ranking second in scoring (74.7 ppg) and tops in field goal (.491) and three-point shooting (.414). Glenn ranks second in the league in scoring (17.9 ppg) and Young is third at 17.6 per.
