Robert Glenn was named the IUPUI Male Student-Athlete of the Month for the month of January. Glenn led the Jaguars in scoring in six of the team's nine games and rebounding five different times. For the month, Glenn averaged 15.3 points, 6.2 rebounds, 1.8 blocked shots and 1.4 steals per game.
He also connected on 63.4 percent of his field goals tries.
The 6-foot-7 junior scored a career-high 24 points against Oral Roberts on Jan. 15 and had three 20+ scoring efforts. He also recorded a pair of double-doubles, including a 20-point, 10-rebound effort at IPFW on Jan. 24. Glenn upped his defensive play over the final week of the month, grabbing a season-high five steals at Southern Utah on Jan. 29.
He was later named The Summit League Co-Player of the Week after helping IUPUI to road wins at Southern Utah and UMKC. In those two contests, Glenn averaged 18.5 points, 6.0 rebounds, 4.5 steals and 2.5 blocked shots per game.
For the year, Glenn leads the Jags in scoring (12.7 ppg), blocked shots (40) and free throws made (71).
