Senior volleyball standout Allie Pogue has been named an IUPUI Athlete of the Week for her efforts at this weekend's CEFCU Classic, helping IUPUI to a 2-1 mark with wins over St. Thomas (Minn.) and host Bradley. Pogue, an outside hitter, put down 15 kills and hit .300 in the opening 3-1 win over St. Thomas on Friday (Sept. 16).

She followed with 11 kills and hit .214 in the loss to Western Michigan before finishing with 16 kills and hitting .308 in the five-set win over Bradley. For the season, she's second on the team in kills/set (2.58) and is hitting .179.
