Hoffman was elite at this weekend's Horizon League Indoor Championships, winning both the 3,000m and 5,000m events on his way to being voted the Championship Outstanding Performer for running events. Hoffman clocked a time of 14:39.71 to win the 5K on Saturday night (Feb. 29) and followed by spinning a time of 8:32.97 to win the 3K by more than a second on Sunday (Feb. 1). In doing so, he helped the Jaguars to a fourth-place finish of the seven competing teams.
