IUPUI senior setter Alexis Meeks has been named the IUPUI Student-Athlete of the Month for the month of November after helping the Jags win their first Summit League Tournament title and advance to the NCAA Tournament for the first time.

Meeks averaged 11.36 assists per set for the month, 3.20 digs per set and posted six aces helping IUPUI close out the regular-season with a 6-1 record.

In helping IUPUI claim its second straight Summit League regular-season title, Meeks was named an All-Summit League performer and the 2013 Summit League Setter of the Year. Following two wins over IPFW and Denver in the Summit League Tournament in which she averaged 11.8 aps and 3.9 dps, Meeks was also named to the Summit League All-Tournament Team in addition to earning Tournament MVP honors.
