Stephanie Siler joined the IUPUI softball program as Director of Operations in late January 2014.
Siler spent the previous six years at Indiana University in two roles. In her final year at IU, Siler was a Recruiting Assistant for the football program where her duties primarily pertained to graphic design and marketing work. Prior to her year with the football program, Siler spent five years as the Assistant Athletic Director of Basketball Administration for the women’s basketball program.
Her duties with the women’s basketball program included management of the operating budget, team travel and supervising all non-coaching personnel. Siler served as the liaison with IU's Phenomenal Women organization and coordinated community service and outreach for players and coaches. Additionally, Siler also served as facility coordinator and camp director, while organizing administrative operations.
Before making her way to Bloomington, Siler served as the Director of Operations at Mississippi State.
Siler was a three-sport letterwinner at Piedmont College before completing her collegiate career at Reinhardt University. While at Indiana, Siler went on to earn her master’s degree in sport administration.
