Gorman began her coaching career as a volunteer at Wright State in 2016 assisting with the outfield and hitting. For the next two seasons, Gorman was the outfield and hitting coach for the Raiders as helped two outfielders make All-Horizon League honors in her first year and two more All-Horizon League honorees a season ago.
Before becoming a coach, Gorman played four years at Wright State and was the starting centerfielder for her career. Gorman finished her career in the top-ten in Wright State history in multiple categories, including doubles, home runs, stolen bases, on base percentage and runs scored.
During her career, Gorman was named to the All-Freshman team, Second-Team All Horizon, First-Team All Horizon and the Horizon League All-Tournament Team.
