Christi Wade begins her first season with the Jaguars following 14 seasons at Saint Leo University. Wade served multiple roles in her 14 seasons at Saint Leo including leading the softball program as head coach for all 14 years and functioning as the Senior Woman Administrator for 12 years.
In her 14 seasons at the Division II program, Wade posted a record of 436-296 and led her team to the NCAA South Regional on five occasions. Wade mentored 45 Sunshine All-Sunshine State Conference selections, 11 all-regional performers, six all-America honorees, and six conference Players of the Year.
Based on her success at Saint Leo, Wade was inducted into the school’s Athletics Hall of Fame in 2007.
