Biography

2015-16 (Senior): Made 37 appearances in the circle with 29 starts for the Jags ... logged a 12-15 record over a team-high 181.1 innings pitched, third-most in a single season at IUPUI ... tossed 14 complete games, bringing her career-total to 27, the fifth-most in Jaguar history ... also recorded one save ... struck out 127 batters (fourth-most in program single-season history) to just 62 walks ... had a .250 average against ... improved her numbers against Summit League opponents, logging a 2.43 ERA with just a .228 average against ... finished her career with 33 total wins, third-most in school history ... also finished with the highest-winning percentage (.559) ... contributed offensively, going 3-for-17 with a double and two RBIs at the plate ... logged a .962 fielding percentage with eight putouts and 42 assists ... had back-to-back complete-game, seven inning outings against North Dakota (February 14) and Green Bay (February 19), giving up just one earned run in each while striking out 10 total ... pitched a season-high 11 innings against Indiana State (February 20) ... struck out a season-high 12 batters in nine innings with just one earned run against ohio (March 18) ... earned a complete-game shutout victory over IPFW (April 16) by logging five innings with just three hits and one walk ... pitched 15 combined innings in two games against South Dakota State (April 23-24), giving up four earned runs total with 11 strikeouts ... pitched 21.2 innings across five games at the Summit League Tournament, striking out 18 batters ... named to the Summit League All-Tournament Team ... named the Summit League Pitcher of the week twice (February 22, April 18) ... named to the IUPUI Academic Advisor's List for the spring semester. 

2014-15 (Junior): Second-Team All-Summit League selection... set new IUPUI single-season wins record with 21... led the team with a 2.15 ERA... pitched in 36 games with 29 starts... led the team with 13 complete games and 165.2 innings pitched... second on the team in strikeouts (117) and only gave up 10 home runs... threw a complete game shutout in a win over Youngstown State striking out 10 while only giving up two hits on February 27... threw six scoreless innings with one hit while striking out four in a 7-0 win against Butler (4/25)... at the plate, she had two hits in three games including a 2-3 effort with a season-high four RBI against Northern Illinois (3/1).

2013-14 (Sophomore at Indiana): Made 40 appearances in 2014, starting 12 games and garnering a 4-6 record with a 4.02 ERA... her 40 appearance tied for second in the Big Ten... recorded two saves, tied for sixth in the conference... led the Big Ten in games finished (26) and games in relief (28)... allowed 79 runs and 126 hits in 108 innings pitched... threw 89 strikeouts... fanned a career-high nine batters and allowed just one hit in 4.2 scoreless innings against UT-Martin on Feb. 15... recorded a hit on Valparaiso on March 1.

2012-13 (Freshman at Indiana): Appeared in 19 games, and started in 16 as designated player... tossed 82.0 innings in the circle and posted a 1-6 record in seven starts and 28 appearances... racked up 56 strikeouts and walked 32... recorded a pair of saves in solid relief efforts against Penn State... led the Big Ten conference in games finished (20) and games in relief (21)... fanned a career-best eight batters in her first career win over Alabama and matched that effort with eight strikeouts against Minnesota... drove in a pair of runs against Indiana State on a single up the middle... went 2-for-3 against Purdue with a double and a single... was 2-for-4 with a pair of doubles and two RBI at Illinois.

High School: Played for head coach Chris Jones at South Putnam (Ind.) High School... received Indiana Miss Softball award as a senior... named 2012 Gatorade Indiana Softball Player of the Year... a three-time recipient of Greencastle's Banner Graphic Player of the Year award... was a two-time IHSAA all-state player... received all-conference accolades all four years... led South Putnam to four consecutive conference titles... led South Putnam to its first-ever 2A Girls State Championship as a junior and followed it up with another state title as a senior... for her career, was 72-4 in the circle with a ERA of 0.39... pitched a complete game in the title game against Adams Central as a senior, allowing one run on five hits and nine strikeouts and also added two hits and a RBI in 2012... went 22-0 in the circle during her senior year with an ERA of 0.15 and 168 strikeouts in 137 innings of work... showed her prowess at the plate by hitting .547 with five home runs and 41 RBI on the year... hit .474 as a junior with six home runs... also drove in 26 and collected 10 doubles... as a pitcher, she was 21-1 and registered 184 strikeouts on her way to 0.45 ERA... as a sophomore, she posted 149 strikeouts and had an ERA of 0.60... also hit .444 with 26 RBI... had five triples and eight doubles... came in as a freshman and went 12-1 and had an ERA of 0.39... posted five doubles, four home runs and 25 RBI at the plate... played travel ball for head coach Troy Werner and the Indiana Shockwaves... won three consecutive ASA state titles... has claimed thee top 10 finishes at USA/ASA Nationals... has also earned varsity letters in volleyball, basketball and swimming.
