INDIANAPOLIS – Senior Sebastian Otero was named Horizon League Diver of the Week after leading the Jags on the diving boards against Ball State this past weekend. This marks Otero's eighth award of the season.
 
Otero, a senior from Fishers, Ind. remains dominate on the diving boards with wins in both the 3-meter and 1-meter events this past weekend at Ball State. He took the top score in the 3-meter with a score of 397.05 then earned the win in the 1-meter with a score of 355.28.
 
Otero has had a dominate career in the Horizon League, collecting 26 Diver of the Week awards, including eight this season.
 
The Jags will be back in action this weekend, on Saturday, January 31 against Wabash and Butler as IU Indy will celebrate Otero and his fellow seniors for senior day.
