NORMAN, Okla. - Five members of the IU Indianapolis men's golf team have been named 2024-25 NCAA Division I Cobalt Golf All-America Scholars, as announced on Tuesday (July 29). IU Indy was among 24 programs to have at least five honorees this past season, tops among the Horizon League. 

The five Jaguars honored were Titus Boswell, Noah Kirsch, Sam McWilliams, Morgan Tournemire and Harry Ward. 

To be eligible for Cobalt Golf All-America Scholar nomination, an individual must be a sophomore, junior or senior both academically and must participate in 50 percent of their team's competitive rounds. In addition, the individuals must have a stroke average under 76.0 in NCAA Division I with a minimum cumulative career grade-point average of 3.2.

Boswell, a sophomore, has a 3.35 grade point average while majoring in sports management. He closed the season with a 73.42 scoring average, including winning medalist honors at the Horizon League Championships.

Kirsch, a junior, maintains a 3.61 grade point average while studying accounting. He played 26 of the team's rounds with a 75.50 stroke average this past season. 

McWilliams, a senior, has a 3.98 grade point average while majoring in accounting and finance. He played 29 rounds this past season with a 74.62 scoring average. 

Tournemire, a graduate student, maintained a 3.89 GPA while pursuing his Master's in accounting. He played 23 rounds in his final collegiate season with a 75.57 stroke average. 

Ward, a junior, has a 3.71 grade point average while studying exercise science. He played 14 rounds this past season with a 75.36 stroke average.
