INDIANAPOLIS – Three IU Indianapolis swim and dive members were named #HLSD Athlete of the Week after their successful outing against Evansville, Southern Indiana and Valparaiso. Addy Hirsbrunner was named #HLSD Swimmer of the Week for the second time this season while Sebastian Otero earns his fourth #HLSD Diver of the Week award this season. Alaina Heyde earns her first Diver of the Week award.
 
Hirsbrunner earned her second award of the year after leading the Jags' to a weekend sweep with two individual wins and a relay win. The sophomore from Oshkosh, Wisconsin took first in the 500 free with a time of 5:02.77 and then earned the top spot in the 400 IM with a time of 4:30.06. She also helped earn the 400 medley relay win with an overall time of 3:56.38.
 
The marks Hirsbrunner's second Swimmer of the Week award of the season and for her career.  
 
Heyde earned her first Diver of the Week award this season after sweeping the women's diving competition this past weekend. The graduate student from Carmel, Indiana took first in the 1-meter with a score of 252.20, then finished the sweep with a win in the 3-meter at 275.55.
 
Otero continued his dominance on the diving boards again this weekend with a sweep of the men's competition. The senior from Fishers, Indiana took first in the 1-meter with a score of 370.05 and won the 3-meter with a score of 394.35.
 
This marks Otero's third straight week in a row earning the award and fourth of the season. He now has 22 career #HLSD Diver of the Week awards.
