CINCINNATI - The IU Indianapolis men's golf team will close out the fall slate this week when the Jaguars participate in the Xavier Invitational at Maketewah Country Club on Monday (Oct. 20) and Tuesday (Oct. 21). Teams will play 36 holes on Monday, followed by a final round on Tuesday. Play is slated to begin at 8:30 a.m. on Monday.

The Jaguars enter play with a 294.53 team scoring average, paced by junior Titus Boswell. Boswell has four top-10 finishes in five tournament entries this fall and a 70.93 scoring average in 15 rounds. Behind him, classmate Brady Schier owns a 74.71 stroke average and redshirt freshman Keaton Parmley checks in at 74.80.

Boswell has a team-high nine rounds of par or better while Schier has two in 14 rounds. Parmley and true freshman Jack Scudder each have one apiece.

QUOTABLE
"It was very tough out there today. You had to be very precise and take the birdies when you could. I didn't hit it very well this week, but I gutted out every shot and was able to post a score," Boswell said following a third-place finish at last week's The Scrappy at Cobblestone.
