INDIANAPOLIS – The IUPUI volleyball team will host the Southern Indiana Screaming Eagles on Wednesday, Sept. 13 with a first serve set for 6:00 PM. The Jags look to build momentum back up before beginning conference play after falling 0-3 this past weekend.
 
The Eagles are 4-6 to start the 2023 season and hold a 6-4 all-time record over the Jags. Senior Abby Bednar leads Southern Indiana with 123 kills and 18 aces this season while senior Leah Anderson adds 121 kills.
 
IUPUI is coming off a 0-3 weekend at the South Dakota Classic where sophomore Morgan Ostrowski earned All-Tournament Team honors. The young Jaguar prowl is led by freshman Grace Purichia who leads the team in three different categories. The setter leads in assists (265), aces (17) and digs (81).
 
First serve is set for 6:00 PM on ESPN+.
