INDIANAPOLIS - The IUPUI Athletics Department has announced dates for this year's Michael A. Carroll Golf Outing and the Hall of Fame Dinner. This year's Carroll Golf Outing, presented by Citizens Energy Group, will be held on Friday, May 19, 2023 at Maple Creek Country Club. The Hall of Fame Dinner will be held the following evening at the NCAA Headquarters in downtown Indianapolis. 

This year marks the first time the Golf Outing and Hall of Fame induction have occurred on the same weekend. 

The Carroll Outing was established in 1981 by the program's number one advocate, fundraiser and cheerleader in Michael Carroll. Carroll was tragically killed in a plane crash in 1992, but event has continued to bear his name and has raised more than three-quarters of a million dollars since its inception.

The IUPUI Hall of Fame was established in 1994 and annually recognizes the best and brightest within the department. Nominations are still being accepted for the induction Class of 2023 and can be submitted here. This year's class will be announced in March and be officially inducted at the banquet on May 20.
