INDIANAPOLIS – The IUPUI volleyball team will welcome back seven former Jags in the stands as they face the Purdue Fort Wayne Mastodons at 4 PM on Saturday (Sept. 24). Alumni will be recognized between the second and third sets.
 
IUPUI is coming off a 3-0 loss to Green Bay at home this past Tuesday. Millai Madison and Allis Pogue led the attack with 11 kills each. Madison hit .476 percent with 11 kills while Pogue finished with a .229 percent and 11 kills. Darragh Dixon collected 15 assists and one service ace while Brooke Phillips collected 11 digs.
 
Purdue Fort Wayne is 4-8 overall and fell to Milwaukee, 3-0, in their home conference opener on Tuesday. Iris Riegal hit .500 on 28 attempts with 18 kills while Maggie Castleman totaled 10 kills, hitting .400 overall.
 
The Jags are 22-29 in the all-time series against the Mastodons, falling in the most recent matchup on Nov. 12, 2021, 1-3. The 4 PM match will not be broadcast but live stats can be found at iupuijags.com.
 
IUPUI will recognize the seven alumni in attendance, Michelle Coleman, Kortni Garganus Wright, McKayla Wright, Kaitlyn Johnson, Haley Hoffman, Bekah OBrien and Shakana Norfleet between the second and third sets.
