GREEN BAY, Wisc. - Playing a third match in a third city in a four-day span, the IUPUI volleyball team fell on the road at Green Bay on Sunday afternoon (Oct. 24) in straight sets, 25-18, 25-15, 28-26. The Jaguars started slowly and never fully gained their footing as Green Bay hit .344 for the match.

Atlantis Clendenin all had a team-high seven kills and
Alli Cook collected a team-high 11 digs in the loss.
Rhiannon Schuenemann chipped in 10 digs from the libero spot.
IUPUI (3-21, 1-12 HL) fell behind 6-1 in the opening set as attack errors outnumbered kills in the early going. Green Bay's lead increased to 12-3 leading to a second IUPUI timeout in the set's early going. The Jaguars closed within five at 20-15 after back-to-back
Millai Madison kills, but the hosts ultimately sealed the deal at 25-18.
In set two, Green Bay broke a 4-4 tie with six straight points to craft a 10-4 lead. Shannon Coughlin fueled the run with back-to-back kills before
Brooke Phillips got a side out with a kill of her own. Once again, IUPUI threatened by nudging within four points after a Schuenemann ace, but Green Bay closed out the Jaguars, 25-15.
IUPUI showed some mettle in the third set, climbing back after falling in an 18-14 hole.
Addie Evans delivered a pair of aces and Brown put down a go-ahead kill at 19-18, forcing Green Bay to call timeout. The lead switched sides repeatedly until
Maddie Haines tied the score at 23 all with a kill. Haines gave IUPUI set point after her ace made it 24-23, but Green Bay got a side out to knot the score at 24 all.
Allie Pogue got IUPUI a second set point opportunity after a kill of her own, but the Phoenix fought that off with a kill. The two teams then traded service errors before Green Bay scored the final two points of the match on kills.
Coughlin had a team-high 11 kills for the victors and hit .346 while Tiffany Paalman had eight kills and hit .389. Cali Gentry delivered 37 assists on Green Bay's 40 kills in the win.
IUPUI will return home to host four straight home matches, beginning with Friday's matchup with Youngstown State at 6:00 p.m. inside the Jungle.
