INDIANAPOLIS – IUPUI men's tennis dropped its third-straight match, losing 5-2 to Ball State on Wednesday afternoon (April 11).
IUPUI (7-15) earned one doubles win with
David Beasley and
Grant Esposito taking the No. 3 match 6-2.
In singles play, Beasley grabbed a win at No. 1 singles, winning 6-4, 6-4. The win was Beasley's third singles win in a row.
Ethan Mardanus-Budiono continued his impressive freshman campaign, winning his fifth-straight singles match, taking the No. 5 contest 6-2, 6-0.
The Jags will hit the road for their next Horizon League match traveling to Green Bay on Saturday (April 11). The match against the Phoenix will start at 2 p.m.
