INDIANAPOLIS - The IUPUI women's soccer team will take the field for the third time in five days on Tuesday (Sept. 2) night when the Jaguars host Xavier (0-3) at 7:00 p.m. at Michael A. Carroll Stadium. 

The Jaguars (1-2-1) are coming off a 2-0 loss at UIC on Sunday, but are perfect at home with the lone win coming over SIU Edwardsville on Friday night. IUPUI has been outscored 6-3 through four games with senior Taylor Heidorn and sophomores Tori Minnich and Alyssa Fox accounting for the team's goals. Fox scored the game-winner against SIUE, aided by an assist from Meghan Day. 

Freshman Krissy Kirkhoff leads the Jaguars with 13 shots and six on goal. 

In goal, freshman Catherine Schmidt (1.17 GAA, 9 saves) and sophomore Nicole Kulovitz (1.81 GAA, 16 saves) have shared duties, with each having made two starts. All total, 16 different Jaguars have started at least one match already this season with only six players starting all four matches thus far. 

Xavier dropped to 0-3 with a road loss at Toledo on Sunday and has been outscored 5-1 on the young season. Catherine Allon has XU's lone goal of the season while Katie Marksberry has played every minute in net for the Musketeers, amassing a 2.00 goals against average and 18 saves. 

IUPUI is 0-1 all-time against Xavier with the lone meeting being a 3-0 defeat to the Musketeers in Indianapolis on Sept. 2, 2012.
