ROCHESTER, Mich. -- Trailing Oakland by one game in The Summit League standings and sitting tied with IPFW, the IUPUI volleyball team will look to make their move in the conference when they face off against both teams over the weekend.  The Jaguars will meet the Grizzlies at 7 p.m. on Friday before meeting the Mastodons on Saturday.

IUPUI (12-5, 4-3 Summit) ranks 13th in the NCAA in digging and will look to their defense to slow two of The Summit League's top-hitting teams.  While the Jaguars are third in the conference in hitting percentage (.195), Oakland (.193) and IPFW (.192) sit immediately behind IUPUI in the rankings.  The three teams also rank 3-4-5 in kills per set, respectively.

Both Oakland (12-3, 5-2 Summit) and IPFW (10-7, 4-3 Summit) will look to stop the Jaguars with strong front rows; the Grizzlies lead the conference in blocking, while the Mastodons are fourth.

The Jaguars will regain the services of Danielle Goodnight, who missed last weekend's matches due to injury.  Goodnight is second in the conference in assists per set.  In her absence Rachel Holmes filled in quite capably, posting two double-doubles from the setter's spot.
