IUPUI men's soccer midfielder Nate Ohmer has been named the program's Male Student-Athlete of the Month for the month of October. The 5-foot-8 junior scored a team-high four goals during the month and helped power the Jaguars to a return berth to The Summit League Tournament.

Ohmer's four goals came in a three-game span from Oct. 17-24 including his first career multi-goal game in the come-from-behind 2-1 win over Oral Roberts on Oct. 24. The Indianapolis-native tied the match in the 82nd minute before tallying the game-winner in overtime to keep the Jags' postseason hopes alive. 

He was later named The Summit League Offensive Player of the Week for his effort.
