Jagger Saylor joined the IU Indy men’s tennis program as a graduate assistant prior to the 2024-25 season. Saylor joins the Jags after graduating from Indiana University Bloomington in 2024 with a degree in Human Biology.
Saylor was a four-year member of the Indiana University tennis program where he posted a 7-3 record in doubles, including wins over ranked opponents during his senior season. He was a consistent starter in the singles lineups across the No. 2, 3 and 4 spots. Saylor helped lead the team to achieve a national ranking of #36 in the country with key singles victories during the 2024 season.
Saylor was also a two-time Tichenor Award winner, which is given to the male student-athlete with the highest GPA at Indiana University. He is a three-time Academic All-Big Ten honoree and a two-time Big Ten Distinguished Scholar award winner.
He was also named a recipient of the NCAA Postgraduate Scholarship which is awarded to student-athletes who excel academically and athletically. Saylor is using this award to study medicine at the IU School of Medicine.
