Cullen Gallagher joined the IU Indy men's basketball program in Summer 2025, following head coach Ben Howlett from West Liberty to the Jaguar program. While at West Liberty, Gallagher was a volunteer student coach for two seasons as West Liberty continued its success, including going 30-5 in 2024-25.

Gallagher, a Powell, Ohio-native, played high school basketball at Olentangy Liberty High School and has aspirations of continuing coaching upon graduation.
