2011-12: Claimed her second National Championship winning the platform dive at the NCAA Championships with a final round score of 343.05 … named an All-American for the third time in her career … selected as the Summit League Diver of the Year for the third time ... qualified for the US Olympic Diving Trials to be held June 17-24, 2012, in Federal Way, Wash., in order to earn a spot on the US Olympic Team … at the NCAA’s, Ni’s second dive, a Back 2 1/2 Somersault Pike with a 2.9 degree of difficulty, earned 82.65 points, catapulting her into first place … after her third dive, Ni held on to a 0.75-point lead, before her fourth dive nearly received 9.0’s across the board helping her extend her lead to 13.60 points with one dive to go … her final dive, Ni’s Back 2 1/2 Somersault 1/2 Twist Pike scored 9.0-9.0-9.0-8.5-9.0-9.5-8.5 was good enough to claim the national title by 9.60 points … With Ni’s first-place finish, she helped IUPUI finish 26th at the NCAA’s … her score of 343.05 broke her previous school record in the five-dive platform by nearly three points … won the NCAA Zone C Championships in order to advance to the NCAA Championships … named the Summit League Diver of the Championship after placing second in the 1-meter dive and winning the 3-meter dive … finished with 14 podium finishes on the season, including 11 victories ... named to the IUPUI Academic Advisors List for the fall and spring semesters ... earned a spot on the Summit League Academic Distinguished Scholar's List for the winter/spring ... named to the Summit League Commissioner's List of Academic Excellence.
2010-11: Broke her own school record in the one-meter dive with a score of 307.57 in a tri-meet against Valparaiso and Saint Louis … earned All-Summit League honors in the one- and three-meter dive at the Summit League Championships … finished second in the one-meter dive at the league championships totaling a six-dive score of 274.10 … added another second-place showing in the three-meter dive at the conference championships with a total score of 278.90 in the finals … placed eighth on the platform at the Zone C Championships in Columbus, Ohio, with a two-round total of 531.90 … named Summit League Female Diver of the Week on Nov. 16 … posted eight first-place finishes and 14 podiums on the season … her eight wins moved her into second on IUPUI’s career wins chart with 31.
2009-10: Claimed the first NCAA Championship in IUPUI history winning the women’s platform at the NCAA Swimming and Diving Championships … scored 325.50 in the finals of the platform to bring home the National Championship … After sitting in second place following one dive, Ni’s back 2 1/2 somersault pike, receiving scores of 9.0-9.0-9.0-9.0-9.0-9.0-9.5 from the judges for a total score of 78.30 on the dive when factoring the 2.9 degree of difficulty, put her in front for good … named an NCAA All-American for the second consecutive year … Won the Zone C Diving Championships by 73.40 points in the women’s platform en route to claiming to top seed at the NCAA Swimming and Diving Championships … placed eighth in the 3-meter dive and 25th in the 1-meter dive at the Zone C Diving Championships … finished runner-up for Summit League Diver of the Year honors after placing second in both the 1- and 3-meter dives at the Summit League Championships … her 3-meter score of 311.60 set a new Summit League record and broke her own school record … broke her own one-meter school record with a score of 281.62 in a tri-meet with Ball State and Valparaiso.
2008-09: Became the first IUPUI student-athlete to qualify for an individual NCAA Championship appearance, finishing fourth on the platform at the NCAA Swimming and Diving Championships ... Led the competition after the preliminary rounds ... Her preliminary round score of 340.30, setting the pool record on the platform at the Student Rec Center Natatorium on the campus of Texas A&M University ... Became the first IUPUI student-athlete to earn All-America honors ... Tallied 13 podium finishes during her first collegiate season, all first-place results ... Named The Summit League Diver of the Year after setting conference records on both the 1-meter and 3-meter boards ...
