Jacob Martin joined the Jaguars staff in the summer of 2023 and serves as Director of Operations on Chris Johnson's staff. He also is Youth Girls Academy Director and Coach for St. Francis Premier in Indianapolis.Â

Martin, an Indianapolis Pike Township-native, previously served as Head of Youth Academy Recruiter and Head Coach for United Soccer Alliance Indiana (USAi) for more than six years, working with boys academy. He was previously elevated to Assistant Head Coach for Pike High School Girls Soccer in 2021 after beginning as the Pike District Middle School Head Coach starting in 2018. He later coached at Danville Community Schools during the 2022 season.
He has earned USSF C License and USC National Youth License.Â

Martin earned his degree from IUPUI, Purdue School of Engineering, in Spring 2018 with a B.S. in Computer & Information Technology with a double major in Network and Security.
