Alison Conquest joined the Jaguars' coaching staff in the Summer 2017. The Indiana-native originally joined the Jaguars' staff in a volunteer capacity for the spring season and was elevated to the program's associate head coaching position shortly thereafter.

Conquest played an integral role in the Jaguars claiming the 2017 Horizon League championship, helping IUPUI to just the program's second-ever NCAA Tournament berth. That team finished with 14-6-3 mark and 6-2-1 Horizon League record before blitzing through the postseason, culminating in advancing past top-seeded Milwaukee in the championship match.

Since coming to IUPUI, she's coached four All-League and four All-Newcomer Team honoree, along with 2017 HL Goalkeeper of the Year Sophia Lipka. In her two seasons, IUPUI has amassed 20 wins and a .556 winning percentage in league play.

Prior to IUPUI, Conquest spent five seasons at Indiana State, including helping the Sycamores to a 10-9 mark and a Missouri Valley Conference runner-up finish in 2013. That year was the first winning season in program history and the highest-ever conference finish in history. The year prior, the Sycamores capped an 8-10-3 season on a high note, closing the season with a four-game unbeaten streak to earn a spot in the league tournament. From there, the fifth-seeded Sycamores upset No. 4 Northern Iowa and No. 1 Evansville to earn the program's second-ever appearance in the league championship game.

In 2016, she aided ISU to a seven-win season and a six-win mark in 2015 under then first year head coach Julie Hanley.

Conquest played four seasons at the University of Southern Indiana and was a two-time team captain for the Screaming Eagles. She was a four-year starter at center back, scoring four goals and tallying two assists in 71 career matches. She earned her Bachelor's of Science in Exercise Science from USI in May of 2010 before completing her Master's of Science in Kinesiology at IU in December of 2011.
