2009-10 - Junior: Was co-recipient of the Dorothy Cheesman Award, given annually to the top performing female senior student-athlete academically... picked by her teammates as the squad's Mental Attitude Award winner... Academic All-Region nominee... ran in all seven of the team's meets, including running as the team's No. 5 runner at the NCAA Great Lakes Regional Meet on Nov. 14... posted her season-best 5K time of 20:23 at the Notre Dame Invitational on Oct. 2... had her season-best 6K time of 24:33.6 at the ISU Pre-Nationals Meet on Oct. 17... was an Academic All-District nominee... selected to The Summit League's Commissioner's List of Academic Excellence... named to the IUPUI Academic Advisor's List both semesters... named to the Fall Academic All-Summit League team.

2008-09 - Sophomore:  Earned the team's Most Improved Award... Academic All-Region nominee... ran in all seven meets and climbed to a solid No. 5 runner over the course of the season... turned in her first career sub-20 minute 5K at the UE Invitational on Oct. 18, finishing in a personal best time of 19:48.37... recorded her best 6K two weeks later in a time of 24:10.7 at The Summit League Championships on Nov. 1... was IUPUI's No. 4 runner at the season ending NCAA Great Lakes Regional Meet on Nov. 15... chosen to The Summit League Commissioner's List for Academic Excellence... Academic All-Summit League honoree... named to the Academic Advisor's List both semesters.

2007-08 - Freshman:  Ran in all seven of the Jaguars' meets, finishing among the team's top five on two separate occasions... turned in a season-best 6K time of 26:02.50 at the Indiana State Pre-Nationals Meet on Oct. 13... had her best 5K time of the year at the Notre Dame Invitational on Sept. 28, finishing at 20:46.00... chosen Academic All-Summit League... named to the Academic Advisor's List both semesters.

2006-07 - Redshirt: Attended IUPUI, but did not compete on the cross country team.

High School: Earned 14 varsity letters in cross country, track, basketball and soccer at Hobart High School... named First Team Lake Athletic Conference in cross country as a senior... was a four-time regional qualifier in cross country... was also a four-time regional qualifier in the 3200m relay in track... helped her team to three semi-state meets in cross country... graduated with highest distinction.
