2010-11 - Senior: Was honored as the female recipient of the Melvyn Garland Distinguished Student-Athlete Award, given annually to the top senior student-athlete based on athletic performance... Ran in all seven meets during the fall season... named team captain... earned the team's Leadership Award following the season... ran among IUPUI's top four in all seven meets and as the Jags' No. 2 finisher four times... ran a season-best 18:36 5K at the Notre Dame Invitational on Oct. 1, placing 24th of 263 runners... that time was the 14th fastest 5K in school history... ran her fastest 6K of the year at The Summit League Championships on Oct. 30, crossing in a time of 22:44.4... that posting was the 14th fastest 6K in school history... was an Academic All-Summit League Distinguished Scholar... earned a spot on The Summit League's Commissioner's List of Academic Excellence... named to the Academic Advisor's List following both semesters.

2009-10 - Junior: Named the team's Co-MVP, sharing the honor with Ana Paez... earned her second consecutive Second Team All-Summit League award by finishing eighth at the championship meet in Cedar City, Utah on Oct. 31... finished the 6K race in a time of 22:51.30, registering the 15th quickest 6K in school history... became the first IUPUI runner to earn two straight all-league awards since Lyndsy Walsh did it in 2004 and 2005... ran in all seven meets and was IUPUI's top finisher three times... ran among IUPUI's top two in all seven races... had a season-best 18:50 5K at the Notre Dame Invitational on Oct. 2... capped the season with a 22:24.85 6K at the NCAA Great Lakes Regional Meet on Nov. 14, marking the third-fastest 6K in school history... selected to The Summit League's Commissioner's List of Academic Excellence... named to the IUPUI Academic Advisor's List both semesters... named to the Fall Academic All-Summit League team.

2008-09 - Sophomore: Picked IUPUI's Most Valuable Runner... was a Second Team All-Summit League performer, finishing 12th at the championship meet on Nov. 1... set a new school record in the 6K at The Summit League Championships, finishing at 21:59.2... became the first-ever IUPUI runner to run a sub-22 minute 6K... had IUPUI's best 5K and 6K times during the year... was IUPUI's first all-conference performer since Lindsy Walsh did it in 2005... recorded a personal record 18:16 5K at the Notre Dame Invitational on Oct. 3 with the third fastest time in school history... ran the sixth quickest 5K in school history on Oct. 18 at the UE Invitational in a time of 18:22.19... finished third of 40 runners at the Bradley Invitational on Sept. 12... was IUPUI's top runner in six of the team's seven meets... Academic All-Summit League honoree... named to the Academic Advisor's List both semesters.

2007-08 - Freshman: Rookie emerged as IUPUI's No. 1 runner in her first season, leading the Jags to the finish line in the final six races of the season... posted a season-best 22:48.90 6K at the Indiana State Pre-Nationals Meet on Oct. 13... recorded a personal record 5K time of 19:00.00 at the Notre Dame Invitational on Sept. 28... chosen Academic All-Summit League... named to the Academic Advisor's List both semesters.

High School: Capped her high school cross country running career with an impressive 13th place finish at the State Meet in a time of 15:03.15 under brutal conditions, earning All-State honors... qualified for the State Meet as a senior after finishing seventh at the Franklin Central Semistate... also qualified for regionals in 2004 and finished 27th in the Semistate Meet in 2005.
