Megan (Walton) Berry joined the IUPUI Women's Basketball staff in August 2021 as the Director of Basketball Operations on head coach Austin Parkinson's staff.

The Indianapolis-native returns home after spending the last two seasons as an assistant coach at Maryville University. Prior to Maryville, Berry worked as an event coordinator and facility manager for the NBA's Indiana Pacers Athletic Center in Westfield, Ind., where she helped build the girls basketball program, Primetime. She has prior coaching experience as a varsity assistant coach at Delta High School in Muncie, Ind., where she assisted in the team's practice structure and communicated and organized team operations. Berry also coordinated and operated the team's youth camps.

She played collegiately at Ball State and graduated with a degree in communications and a minor in Spanish.

She attended nearby Hamilton Southeastern High School, helping the Royals to two conference championships and was named a three-time All-Hoosier Crossroads Conference Selection. As a junior, Berry was selected to the IBCA Underclass Large School All-State squad and earned All-State High Honorable Mention honors. She was chosen to the Hoosier Basketball Top 60, was a 2016 Large School All-State team selection, All-USA Central Indiana honorable mention and was also named a Junior All-Star.
