The Montpelier, Ohio native joined the IU Indy staff in June 2022 as the Director of Basketball Operations after spending a season as a graduate assistant for head coach Kate Bruce at Walsh University. After spending two season as the Director of Basketball Operations with the Jaguars, Blake was promoted to Assistant Coach before the 2024-25 season.
Prior to IU Indy, she helped the coaching staff and team at Walsh earn a 28-5 record and an NCAA Sweet Sixteen appearance.
Prior to working as a graduate assistant at Walsh, Blake played four years at Walsh for Coach Bruce from 2016 to 2020. During her time as an athlete, the Cavaliers won back-to-back GMAC championships (regular season and tournament champs). They made two NCAA tournament appearances in 2019 and 2020 and during the 2019-20 season the Cavs recorded the best record in program history of 28-2.
