Cross Country (Junior): Competed in four meets, including the Horizon League Championships... ran a personal best 8K time of 25:34.2 at the Horizon League Championships on Oct. 28 as the team's No. 12 finisher (43rd overall)... opened the season as the team's No. 11 runner (42nd overall) at the Mike Baumer XC Classic on Sept. 1, clocking a 5K time of 15:37.1... finished 11th overall in the open race of the Bradley 'Pink' Classic on Oct. 13, finishing the 8K race in a time of 25:45.6.
Indoor (Junior): Competed in one meet... ran the mile at the Butler Invitational on Jan. 20, placing fourth in a time of 4:30.97.
Outdoor (Senior): Competed in one meet... was fourth in the 3,000m steeplechase at the Blizzard Buster on Mar. 22 in a time of 10:16.31.

Cross Country (Sophomore): Ran in two meets, including the Horizon League Championships... made his season debut in the open race of the Bradley 'Pink' Classic with a personal best 8K time of 26:06.9... followed up as the team's No. 10 finisher (54th overall) at the Horizon League Championships on Oct. 29, running an 8K time of 26:42.2.
Indoor (Sophomore): Participated in four indoor meets... opened the indoor season with a personal-best 8:45.43 in the 3,000m at the Bellarmine Open (Jan. 20), finishing 13th overall... took first place in the 3,000m at the Indianapolis Gerry England Invitational (Feb. 11) with a time of 8:50.82... finished 13th in the 3,000m at the Horizon League Championship (Feb. 25) with a 8:49.38 time... member of the distance medley relay team that finished fifth at the Horizon League Championship (Feb. 26).
Outdoor (Junior): Competed in four outdoor meets... had his best outdoor finish at the Gibson Invitational (Apr. 14), finishing 14th in the 5,000m with a 15:42.80 time... placed 17th in the 1,500m at the Horizon League Championship (May 6) with a personal-best 4:08.45.

Cross Country (Freshman): Competed in five meets, including the Horizon League Championships... was the team's No. 10 finisher (64th overall) at the #HLXC Championships, running the 8K race in a time of 28:12.0... clocked his quickest 8K of the season in the open race of the Bradley 'Pink' Invitational on Oct. 15, spinning a time of 26:13.4... made his collegiate debut as IUPUI's No. 9 runner at the Butler Twilight on Sept. 3, running the 6K race in a time of 19:47.6... was IUPUI's No. 12 finisher at the IUPUI Jaguar Classic on Sept. 10, running his first collegiate 8K in a time of 26:56.6.
Indoor (Freshman): Competed in three meets, including the Horizon League Indoor Championships... voted #HLTF All-Academic Team honorable mention by the league's faculty athletic representatives... clocked a personal best 3,000m time of 8:55.37 at the Bellarmine Open on Jan. 21... ran a season-best 5K time of 15:34.82 at the GVSU Big Meet-Friday on Feb. 11... helped the Jags to a sixth-place finish in the DMR at the Horizon League Championships, posting a time of 10:43.20.
Outdoor (Sophomore): Competed in five outdoor meets... ran a personal best 5,000m time of 15:11.67 at the Oliver Nikoloff Invitational on Apr. 2... spun a personal best 1,500m time of 4:10.34 at the Jim Vargo Invite on Apr. 8... ran the 5K at the Horizon League Outdoor Championships, clocking a time of 15:35.18.

High School: Earned eight varsity letters in cross country and track at Fort Wayne Concordia Lutheran High School... was a two-time All-State performer in cross country... helped Concordia Lutheran to an IHSAA State Championship in cross country as a senior in 2019, edging perennial power Carmel by 17 points... finished 18th individually at that meet with a time of 16:04.7... was a four-time Summit Athletic Conference performer in cross country... finished his high school career with a personal best time of 15:47.1 in the 5K... was the Northrop Sectional runner-up his senior year... was a two-time IATCCC Academic All-State honoree in cross country... also earned all-conference honors in track as a junior in 2018... was a member of the National Honor Society.
