High School: Qualified for the IHSAA State Cross Country Championships as a junior and senior at Columbia City High School, placing 60th his final season... was Northeast Eight Conference champion in the 1,600m and 3,200m events his senior season... also won the FW North Side title in the 1,600m event... helped Columbia City to an IHSAA State Championship berth in the 4x800 relay, placing 24th overall... closed his high school career with personal best times of 4:19 (1,600m) and 15:40.30 (5K XC).
