2021-22 SEASON
Cross Country (Junior): Competed in two meets before leaving the team... was the Jaguars' No. 2 runner on both occasions... opened the season as the Jaguars' No. 2 finisher (tenth overall) at the Butler Twilight, finishing the 6K race in a time of 18:24.6... followed up as the team's No. 2 runner at the IUPUI Jaguar Classic on Sept. 10, running an 8K time of 25:03.0 to finish seventh overall.
2020-21 SEASON
Cross Country (Sophomore): Earned Second Team All-Horizon League honors by virtue of his 13th place finish at the league championships, helping the Jaguars to a league title... clocked a time of 26:23.4 at the Horizon League Championships at Northview Church on Mar. 4.
Indoor (Sophomore): Competed in one indoor meet, running the 5,000m event at the Horizon League Indoor Championships, clocking a time of 15:35.84.
Outdoor (Freshman): Competed in three outdoor meets during the outdoor season... ran a season-best 5,000m time of 15:06.82 at the Horizon League Championships, winning the slower of the two heats to place 14th overall... spun a 5K time of 15:09.34 at the Blizzard Buster on Mar. 20... ran a personal best 1,500m time of 4:11.07 at the RedHawk Invitational on Apr. 24.
Academic: Named to IUPUI's Academic Advisor's List (3.0 GPA or above) both semesters.
2019-20 SEASON
Cross Country (Freshman): Horizon League Freshman of the Year as the top freshman finisher at the 2019 league championships on Nov. 2, placing eighth overall to also earn second team all-league honors and help the Jaguars to a league championship... was the Jaguars' No. 2 runner at the league championships, running a personal best time of 24:34.8... was among IUPUI's scoring five four different times during his rookie campaign... made his collegiate debut with a 6K time of 18:51.9 at the Butler Twilight on Aug. 30 as the Jaguars' No. 3 runner and No. 8 of 56 runners... had a strong showing at the Under Armour Pre-Nats on Oct. 19, finishing the 8K race in a time of 26:01.6... capped his freshman campaign as the Jags' No. 5 finisher (117th overall) at the NCAA Great Lakes Regional on Nov. 15, running the 10K race in a time of 32:58.8.
Indoor (Freshman): All Horizon League performer in both the 3,000 and 5,000m events, placing third at the league championships in both events... clocked a season-best 5,000m time of 14:46.93 on Feb. 29 before doubling back to run a season-best 3,000m time of 8:35.49 on Mar. 1 at the league championships... won the 5,000m event in his indoor debut at the Mastodon Invitational on Jan. 18, running a time of 15:19.93... placed third in the 3,000m event at the DePauw Indoor Invitational on Feb. 15, running a time of 8:44.39.
Outdoor (Redshirt): Had the outdoor season canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Academics: Named to IUPUI's Academic Advisor's List (3.0 GPA or better) for the spring semester.
High School: Was one of the most accomplished distance runners in recent memory from the state, having won 20 meets during his high school career, including three Marion Sectionals and two Marion Regionals... finished among the top-five at the IHSAA State Championship Meet as both a junior and senior, placing third as a senior in a time of 15:42.7... owned a personal best 5K time of 15:26.3... capped his prep career with a win at the Mid-East Championships at Indian Riffle Park in Kettering, Ohio, finishing at 15:58.3... finished high school with personal best times of 4:25.51 in the 1,600 and 9:22.49 in the 3,200... was a three-time First Team 3A All-State honoree from the IATCCCA, including being named 3A Runner of the Year in 2018.
