2009 - Freshman: Played in 15 games, making one start... totaled four shots, putting two on goal for the season... made his first collegiate start at Evansville on Sept. 18... named to the Academic Advisor's List for the fall semester... named to the Fall Academic All-Summit League team.

High School: Was a two-time Team MVP and chosen as the top player in the Eastern Wisconsin Conference his final two years... ended his senior year being named Second Team All-State with 26 goals and eight assists to his credit... helped Plymouth to a conference crown... lived and trained in Germany and was ranked among the top 20 players in Berlin before moving to the United States prior to his sophomore year of high school... as a junior at Plymouth, Berg was chosen Honorable Mention All-State and First Team All-Conference... played club soccer for FC Milwaukee... chose IUPUI over interest from UW-Milwaukee and UW-Green Bay.
