Cop is in his first year as a goalkeeper coach with the IUPUI men’s soccer program. He spent the last two seasons (2013-2015) as a goalkeepers coach with the Ball State women’s program following a seven-year stint (2007-2013) with the men’s program at Robert Morris University. In his final year with Robert Morris, Cop served as the top assistant coach, goalkeeper coach and director of recruiting and scouting.
Cop also has club-level coaching experience with the Croatian Eagles Soccer Club in Milwaukee, Wis. and HNK Zrinski in Chicago, Ill. He has most recently played for the Chicago Riot (2010-11) and the Milwaukee Wave (2012) of the Major Indoor Soccer League.
A former All-American at Southern New Hampshire University (’98), Cop played for SNHU from 1995-98. He also holds a USSF B National License, an NSCAA Premier Diploma and an NSCAA National Goalkeeping License.
