Former IUPUI women's golf standout Kara Blair joined the program's coaching staff prior to the 2023-2024 campaign, assisting with both the men's and women's programs. She was elevated to Associate Head Coach on July 1, 2025, ahead of the 2025-2026 season. Blair finished as the program's all-time leader in rounds played with 109 and closed ranked No. 8 on the career scoring average list at 78.63 in an IUPUI uniform. She also finished her playing career tied for seventh all-time with 10 top-10 finishes.Â
She was voted All-Horizon League second team as a junior in 2021 when she closed the year with a 76.69 stroke average in 13 rounds in the COVID shortened season. She was in the Jaguars' Horizon League Tournament roster each year of her career was an All-Tournament Team performer as a freshman when she tied for fifth overall. That season, she and the Jaguars made an NCAA Tournament appearance at the NCAA East Lansing Regional after winning the Horizon League title.Â
Academically, she was named to IUPUI's Academic Advisor's List seven times in her collegiate career.Â
