Cross Country (Senior): Given IUPUI's Senior Captain Award... ran the season's first five meets... was the Jaguars' No. 8 runner three different times... had a season-best 8K time of 26:30.6 at the split-squad Bradley Classic (Oct. 17)... CoSIDA Academic All-District nominee... selected to The Summit League's Academic Honor Roll.Indoor (Senior): Competed in four meets... ran a personal best 5,000m time of 15:12.51 at The Summit League Championships on Feb. 28, placing 12th overall... ran a season best 3,000m time of 9:09.24 at the Gene Edmonds Invite on Jan. 10... picked as a Summit League Academic Distinguished Scholar (3.6 GPA or above).
Outdoor (Senior): Voted Academic All-Summit League by the league's faculty athletic representatives and sports information personnel... won the 5,000m event at the Pacesetter Quadrangular on May 2, running a personal-best time of 14:57.82 for the tenth-fastest effort in program history... had his best 10,000m effort of the year at the Oliver Nikoloff Invitational on Mar. 27, running 32:11.21... picked as a Summit League Academic Distinguished Scholar (3.6 GPA or above).

Cross Country (Junior): Shared the team's Captains Award with Joey Zielinski... ran in seven meets, finishing among IUPUI's top five on five different occasions... notched a new personal best 8K time of 25:26 at the Bradley "Pink" Classic on Oct. 18, marking the 13th best time in The Summit League in 2013... selected to The Summit League's Academic Honor Roll.
Indoor (Redshirted): Did not compete.
Outdoor (Senior): Ran four outdoor meets... ran a season-best 5K time of 15:43.18 at the Stan Lyons Invite on May 3... recorded a personal best 10K time of 32:06.90 at The Summit League Championships on May 17, shedding 23 seconds off his previous best.
Academic: Chosen to The Summit League Commissioner's List of Academic Excellence... named to IUPUI's Academic Advisor's List (3.0 GPA or better) for the fall semester.

Cross Country (Redshirt): Team tri-captain... was limited throughout the fall after suffering an injury before the season... did not compete in any meets...
Indoor (Junior): Ran four meets... notched a new personal record in the indoor 5,000m, running 15:17.22 at the Indiana Relays on Jan. 26... chosen as a Summit League Academic Honor Roll Distinguished Scholar.
Outdoor (Junior): Ran in six meets... was seventh on the team and 21st in The Summit League in the 5,000m distance, running a personal best time of 15:13.45 at the Stan Lyons Invitational on Apr. 27... notched a season-best 10,000m time of 32:40.46 at The Summit League Championships, ranking 15th in the league in that event... chosen as a Summit League Academic Honor Roll Distinguished Scholar.

Cross Country (Sophomore): Picked as the team's Most Improved Runner... ran in all seven meets, finishing as high as the No. 3 spot in the Jaguars' lineup... was among IUPUI's top five in six of his seven entries... was IUPUI's No. 3 runner at the EIU Walt Crawford Open on Sept. 9 when he finished in a personal record time of 25:38.81... was IUPUI's No. 5 runner at both The Summit League Championships and NCAA Great Lakes Regional Meet... notched a time of 33:40.7 in his first career 10K at the NCAA Great Lakes Regional on Nov. 12... Academic All-Summit League Distinguished Scholar honoree.
Indoor (Sophomore): Ran three indoor meets... ran his best indoor 5,000m time of 15:37.38 at the Indiana Relays on Jan. 28... posted his best 3,000m time two weeks later at the DePauw Invitational, finishing at 8:52.03... honored as an Academic All-Summit League Distinguished Scholar.
Outdoor (Sophomore): Participated in five outdoor meets... had his best 10,000m time on the outdoor track at the Apr. 6 Miami Invitational, posting a 32:29.19... won the 5,000m race at the Apr. 21 Dave Rankin Invitational with a personal record time of 15:17.01... honored as an Academic All-Summit League Distinguished Scholar.

2010-11 SEASON
Cross Country (Freshman): Ran in five of the team's seven meets during the fall season... turned in a season-best 8K time of 26:44.80 at the IPFW Invitational on Sept. 11... didn't participate in the final two meets of the season... was an Academic All-Summit League Distinguished Scholar... named to the Academic Advisor's List following both semesters.
Indoor (Freshman): Ran one indoor meet... finished tenth overall in the 5,000m event at the DePauw Classic, running 15:56.07.
Outdoor (Freshman): Ran in four meets, competing in the 5,000m event in each, although the Jags weren't officially considered a track program... ran a season-best 15:39 in the 5K event at the Miami Invitational.
Academic: Was an Academic All-Summit League Distinguished Scholar... named to the Academic Advisor's List following both semesters.
High School: Earned eight varsity letters in cross country and track while at New Albany High School... was a three-time regional qualifier, earning the distinction his final three seasons... also qualified for the Semi-State Meet in 2009... was First Team All-Hoosier Hills Conference his senior year... helped New Albany qualify for the IHSAA State Meet as a junior and senior... the Bulldogs won the 2009 HHC Championship... graduated with an Academic Honors Diploma.
