Cross Country (Freshman): Competed in five meets... ran a personal best 8K time of 26:24.9 in the open race of the UND Joe Piane Invitational on Oct. 4... was the team's No. 4 runner (21st overall) in the season-opening Queen City Invitational on Aug. 30, finishing the 5K race in a time of 16:39.5... was the team's No. 2 runner (15th overall) at the Wild Bill Invitational on Oct. 25, running the 8K race in a time of 26:42.3.
Indoor (Sophomore): Ran four meets, competing in the 3,000m event on each occasion... clocked a personal best 3K time of 8:54.67 at the Midwest Classic on Feb. 1... was 24th in the 3K at the Horizon League Championships with a time of 8:56.90.
Outdoor (Redshirt): Did not compete in any meets.

Indoor (Freshman): Competed in three meets during the indoor season... made his collegiate debut by running the mile at the Butler Invitational on Jan. 20 in a time of 4:42.26... ran a personal best mile time of 4:41.07 at the IUPUI Invitational on Jan. 26... also clocked a personal best 3,000m time of 9:13.59 at the IUPUI Invite... ran a 3,000m time of 9:19.37 at the Marian Invite on Feb. 9.
Outdoor (Freshman): Competed in four outdoor meets, largely focusing on the 3,000m steeplechase... finished 13th in the steeple at the Horizon League Championships with a personal best time of 10:02.29 on May 4... ran a personal best 1,500m time of 4:33.51 at the RedHawk Invitational on Apr. 27... was fifth in the steeple at the Blizzard Buster on Mar. 22 with a time of 10:19.86.
High School: Qualified for the IHSAA State Cross Country Championships in 2021 and 2022… clocked a personal-best 16:17.0 5K at the IHSAA Elkhart Regional… ran a 2:16.1 800m at the Penn / New Prairie Dual for a PR… set a 1,600m PR of 4:46.36 at the EHS NIC Meet… finished with a time of 10:07.82 in the 3,200m for a new PR at the IHSAA Track & Field Goshen Regional in 2022.
