Brandon Cole

Former IUPUI standout Brandon Cole is in his second season under Head Coach Chuck Koeppen as an assistant coach with the cross country and track teams. Cole was a four-year letterwinner for the Jaguars from 2003-07, including earning three All-Conference accolades during his career. The Indianapolis-native earned First Team All Mid-Con honors in 2004 before running to back-to-back All-Conference honors in 2005 and 2006.

The 2004 Jaguars finished second in the Mid-Con, remaining the program’s best-ever conference finish in school history.

During his collegiate career, Cole also served as a team captain and was the team leader on the IUPUI Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC). He earned his degree in 2007 from the School of Physical Education & Tourism Management and will complete his master’s degree in December 2011.

In addition, Cole is a program director at Camptown, Inc., which is a non-profit that provides outdoor adventure activities for youths.
