2007 (Senior): Earned his fourth consecutive First Team All-Conference award... was IUPUI's co-recipient of the Mel Garland Distinguished Student-Athlete Award - the highest honor given to a senior student-athlete... ran a season-best 25:14.6 8K at the Indiana State Pre-Nationals Meet, falling under six seconds shy of his school record... ran the third-fastest 10K in school history at the Great Lakes Regional Meet on Nov. 10, posting a 32:39.44... was IUPUI's top finisher in six of the team's seven races... had three top five finishes his senior season, including a second-place finish at the WIU Early Bird Invite on Aug. 31... named to the Academic Advisor's List both semesters.

2006 (Junior): Continued to establish himself among the Mid-Con's most dominant runners... ran to his third straight First Team All Mid-Continent Conference honor, finishing sixth at the conference meet, despite falling at the 6K mark... ran the fourth fastest 8K in school history, posting a season-best time of 25:22.3 at the Indiana State Pre-Nationals on Oct. 14... notched the second-best 10K in IUPUI history, finishing the NCAA Great Lakes Regional Meet in a time of 32:24.04 on Nov. 11... was IUPUI's top finisher in six of seven meets.

2005 (Sophomore): Was a First Team All Mid-Continent Conference runner for the second straight year... was IUPUI's top finisher in all seven meets... continued his assault on the IUPUI record book, placing four times among IUPUI's fastest 15 8K's of all-time... ran a season-best 8K time of 25:31.7 in the Mid-Con Championship Meet on Oct. 29... consistently broke the 26-minute barrier at the 8K distance, doing it four times in five meets... ran the 13th quickest 10K in school history at the NCAA Great Lakes Regional on Nov. 12... ran a 16:00 5K in the season-opener at the UD Flyer Challenge on Sept. 3... named Academic All-Conference by the Mid-Con... named to the Academic Advisor's List both semesters.

2004 (Freshman): Was a First Team All Mid-Continent Conference performer... emerged on the college scene as a frosh, finishing among IUPUI's top two in all eight meets... established new school records at both the 8K and 10K distances... turned in a record setting time of 25:08.47 at the Bradley Invitational (9/10)... ran a 32:00.0 in his first collegiate 10K in the NCAA Great Lakes Regional Meet (11/13), setting a new school record... was a two-time Mid-Con Runner of the Week pick... was chosen the IUPUI Male Student-Athlete of the Month for October... posted three times among the school's fastest 15 8Ks ever.

High School: Was a three-time All-State finisher in cross country including a sixth-place finish as a senior and 17th place finish as a junior... was a member of the 2003 Indiana CC Mid-East All-State Team... helped Franklin High School to the 2001 state championship... was a four-time All-Conference and All-Sectional choice... selected All-Regional his final three seasons and All-Semi State his final two... was the Johnson County champion in the 1600m and 3200m on the track... finished 13th in the state in the 3200m run as a senior.
