Scott Gauthier

Scott Gauthier joined the IU Indy coaching staff in Summer 2024, joining the Jaguars from Lindenwood University. Gauthier spent the one season as Director of Operations at Lindenwood before joining head coach Paul Corsaro's staff. 

Prior to his season at Lindenwood, Gauthier spent seven seasons as an assistant coach on staff at University of Missouri-St. Louis. Under his direction, the Tritons registered an overall record of 135-70 and made three NCAA Division II Tournament appearances, including a trip to the Elite Eight in 2022-23.

In 2018-19, UMSL won 20 games for the first time since 1990-91. The following year, the Tritons posted a program-best record of 27-6, which culminated in the programs first NCAA Tournament bid after clinching a share of the GLVC regular season title.

Prior to his time in St. Louis, Gauthier spent nine seasons as an assistant coach at Webster Groves (Mo.) High School. During his time with the Statesmen, he helped guide the team to a 218-41 (.930) record, which included nine Suburban South Conference championships, three district championships, two state quarterfinal appearances and the 2008 Missouri Class 5 state championship.

Gauthier earned his Bachelor of Science in Accountancy and Masters of Accountancy from the University of Missouri in 2000 and received his Master of Business Administration from Saint Louis University in 2015.
