Craig Middlebrook joined the IUPUI Athletic Training staff in August 2012 and will work with the men's basketball and volleyball programs. Middlebrook recently completed his Masters of Science in Athletic Training at Indiana State where he had the opportunity to work with the Sycamores' football team for two years.
In addition, Middlebrook worked as a teaching assistant and provided coverage for the 2010 and 2011 NCAA Cross Country National Championships. He also worked the 2012 NFL Combine in Indianapolis, assisting in researching medical history of the participants.
Middlebrook completed his undergraduate work at Washington State University, earning his Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology. While at WSU, he was the Head Athletic Trainer for the Kitsap Blue Jackets West Coast League baseball team and Kitsap Pumas PDL soccer team. He also worked with the WSU women's soccer and swimming teams at an Athletic Training Intern.
