Andrew McClatchey is in his second season with the IUPUI basketball program as a basketball analyst. McClatchey comes to IUPUI from Anderson University, where he served as an assistant coach/analyst.
He will assist Jason Gardner and the IUPUI coaching staff with statistical analysis and advance scouting.
McClatchey was previously an assistant coach/analyst for the boy's varsity team at his alma mater New Palestine High School in 2013-14. He specializes in advanced analytics and statistics, as well as player and team tracking.
The New Pal-native earned his Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering in May 2016. He obtained his Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, with minors in both Mathematics and Economics.
