High School: Considered a 3-star recruit by most major scouting services... listed by 247Sports as the No. 18 recruit from the state of Texas and No. 4 center from the state... ranked No. 13 in the state by TexasTop100.com... starred at Jack Yates (Texas) High School, where they were favorites to win the state title in 2020 before the season was ended due to COVID... named to the 2021 All-VYPE Houston Boys Public School Basketball Team... two-time All-District honoree... helped Yates set a national record with 17 straight games with 100 points or more during his junior campaign... played on the Nike EYBL Circuit with the We All Can Go All Stars... began playing basketball at age 13 and didn't come to America from Nigeria until age 14.
